Returns Policy

If you require a refund you have 14 days from purchase and must be packaged and posted by Guaranteed Delivery (You are responsible for your own shipping costs).  Please email your reasons for your return to info@beautibyjinny.co.uk and once acknowledged a return address will be sent to you.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must be in its original packaging.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Unfortunately due to hygiene and Covid-19 we are unable to return some types of products.  

 

Please note sale items are non-refundable.  Happy to exchange if any items are damaged or defective.  If you require an exchange please email us or visit us at the salon.
